In team modes such as Capture the Flag Tribes Vengeance divides points between roles. The scoreboard shows:

Offense points
Defense points
Style points

Offense points are awarded to attackers, for example by destroying enemy base equipment such as generators

Defence points are awarded to defenders, for example by defending the flag or base equipments such as generators

Style points are awarded for skill such as mid air kills with the Spinfusor.
