grenade_basic.jpg (1722 bytes) Basic Grenade
Can be used by all armour classes, fast to reload at 500ms grenades are often overlooked. Best used in small rooms or tight corridors where the small splash damage radius of 10 meters ensures some damage. Can help clear a room or distract the enemy. It is useful to throw a grenade at the same time as firing another weapon or to buy time while armour energy builds up.

grenade_concussion.jpg (1956 bytes) Concussion Grenade
Can be used by all armour classes, like basic grenades the concussion grenades are often overlooked. If a player is in within 15 meters of the blast it can strip them of current pack and/or weapon. If they are carrying the flag then that will also be dropped. With a fast reload time of 500ms they are useful in both defence and attack given the right circumstances.

grenade_flare.jpg (1734 bytes) Flare Grenade
Can be used by all armour classes, these are very important when you are a tailgunner on a vehicle or are up against guided missiles. Once you hear the lockon sound from a guided missile drop a flare and it will act as a decoy buying you time. They can also be very helpful if the enemy are within range to use missile launchers on base sensors or turrets. Make sure you are fairly close to the base sensor or turret, then once the enemy have fired the missile throw a flare. Flares can be fired every 500ms and with one flare per missile use them wisely.

grenade_whiteout.jpg (1949 bytes) Whiteout Grenade
Can be used by all armour classes, with a fast reload time of 500ms the whiteout grenade temporarily blinds players within its 30 meter radius. The closer to the centre of the blast the more severe the blindness. Very useful when attacking a heavily defended area or to distract pursuit.

mine_basic.jpg (1741 bytes) Mine
Can be used by all armour classes, has a wide splash damage radius of 6 meters and can be deployed anywhere. Mines have a 2.5 meter detection radius and must be placed at least 6 meters apart. They are often used around the flag base to damage or kill an enemy flag runner. Be sure to shoot the flag base before capping or taking the enemy flag. Useful in any tight corridor that leads to areas or equipment you need to protect. Drop mines around enemy equipment that you have destroyed or need to deny access to. Mines will explode once a player is within it's radius, they also explode when a projectile is fired directly at the mine. Try to place them so they are hard to see until it is too late.
