Command Circuit



The command circuit, overlooked by many new to Tribes2 it is a must learn feature that allows a player to co-ordinate with team mates, issue commands and manually control their teams tactical assets. All players are able to access and use the powerful facilities it provides.

To use the command circuit press C while in game, you will notice that the main part of the command circuit is taken up by an overhead view of the current map. The top right portion of the screen is used for listing Teammates, Tactical Assets, Deployed Tactical Assets, Support Assets, Deployed Support Assets, Waypoints and Objectives.

To accept or decline any commands issued through the command circuit press the command listing key (N) and use the cursor keys to highlight the command you wish to accept or decline. Once highlighted press accept (ENTER) or decline (BACKSPACE). The voicemenu will also allow you to accept (VCA) or decline (VCD) the most recent command in team message window. You can notify command completed by using the command list(N), voicemenu(VCC) or via Waypoint list.

The lower right of the command circuit is used for view options such as Sensor Coverage, Scrolling, Zoom, Centering, Text Toggle and Camera view.

It should be mentioned that every facility offered by the command circuit has a keyboard shortcut as well as an icon on the display. The keyboard shortcuts are usually highlighted in yellow in any command list displayed.
