Anti-Aircraft Features a pair of heavy blasters with a high fire rate that enable it to quickly rip through shields and damage or destroy any valid air targets; vehicles or jetting players. Very useful when the enemy are biased to air assaults, swap out a base turret for an anti-aircraft turret using a pack. Anti-aircraft turrets will not fire on any targets on the ground so make sure that defence is reinforced to counter ground assaults where needed. If you have other base turrets close by then consider changing one of them to a missile turret. |

Electron Flux A much larger and more powerful version of the handheld ELF this drains the energy of any enemy units destructively. Extremely useful on certain maps such as Thin Ice and Riverdance Vehicles as the 'entry door' flag base turret. In the correct circumstances it can also be useful when controlled by a player rather than left on automatic. On majority of maps other turret barrels are usually of more benefit than the ELF as they do not require support of other players and/or deployable turrets. |

Fusion Mortar Devastating with good range it is an excellent turret when controlled by another player and targets have been painted. It is not sensible to change the turret barrel to the mortar when under automatic control as friendly players will be killed by the projectiles blast. |

Guided Missile Effective against ground and air targets but has a slow reload time. The turret can lose the lock if a target shuts down it's boosters or jets. Flares can also be used to decoy guided missiles. |

Plasma A good all rounder and is usually the default base turret for maps. Slow but delivers a severe blow to any unshielded targets, fairly easy to avoid however. It is usually best to swap out the turret for a more specialised one to counter an enemy's tactics. |

Sentry Found in indoor areas only this makes use of a motion sensor to detect a target, easily fooled if you move slowly enough. If you notice one at the very last minute do not move, try standing still and it may withdraw. |
